Pulled Pork


3 kg pork shoulder, deboned
10l vegetable oil
100 g salt
150 g barbecue seasoning mixture


Once the cooking process has finished, remove the meat and pull it to the consistency of your choice. If desired, marinate the pulled pork lightly in the confit oil.

Make sure that the core temperature sensor is always inserted all the way into the meat from the side. The meat must be completely covered by the oil. If stored carefully, the seasoned oil can be used several times.
